Docksmith ships within 72 hours of your confirmed order. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible. Generally we ship our packages in the U.S via Priority Mail and for International shipments we use First Class mail. If you have specific shipping preferences please let us know!
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Please let us know if you would like an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your item. As long as your dock is in the same condition as when you received it we can offer you a refund or exchange it for another dock of your preference. If your dock has arrived damaged or if the cable does not work please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
