Cases + off centered charging ports - 
The cuts in this dock for your phones are 3.5" wide and the cables are centered. If your phones' charging port is not centered on the bottom of your phones it will not work. Our docks are made to accommodate most cases but will not work with the Otterbox or the Life Proof cases (or any case that has a flap covering the charging port).
