Cases + off centered charging ports -
The cut in this dock for your phone is 9.25" wide and the cable is centered. If your device's charging port is not centered on the bottom it will not work. Our docks are made to accommodate most cases but will not work with the Otterbox or the Life Proof cases (or any case that has a flap covering the charging port).
